This was a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made the trip enjoyable. The rooms and amenities were all modern, clean, and comfortable. All my future stays in Zhangjiakou will be here!

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

The staffs were readily available to help and the ambulance was really nice. I enjoyed my stay so much at the hotel I definitely recommend

Overall, great service. Friendly staff from start to finish, large clean and comfortable rooms, and a great restaurant. Will definitely return on my next trip to Zhangjiakou.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

説起來，維景開業之初，我就是首位入住客人，不離不棄，相伴相守一直到現在，非常信賴酒店的服務理念但是我週六入住，非常失望，不吐不快。酒店從業人員仗着企業給予豐厚且豐富的待遇，不知專心致志，敬業樂業而是放鬆懈怠，消極怠工。房間裏真是發現無限可能，儘管攜程介入但是當班的所謂的＂領導＂稱權力有限，並未達到本人預期訴求，競連攜程客服都感覺尷尬。以前大桶水是免費的，現在居然是收費，那麼往加濕器裏面倒自來水嗎？還有什麼意義，一點小事就反映出酒店的管理和經營理念滯後，太沒格局。還有洗護用品換成了小包裝的，也不知道是什麼牌子的，幸虧自己有備，否則真不敢用。離店的伴手禮回到家使用也是壞的，我也是醉了。希望酒店的高管看到此評價可以汲取教訓，自我檢討。最滿意的就是酒店的早餐和自助餐，還好能彌補一下自己受傷的心靈，特別感謝廚師鄭英傑，盡心盡力，盡職盡責，知道我不吃冷的東西，幫我反反覆覆煎了好幾次三文魚。早餐的麪包也是非常美味，新鮮至極。希望酒店儘快整改。

在張家口這麼冷的地方，空調給的自然風，不給熱風，差點凍死，客服竟然給拿來了電暖氣，這種操作還是第一次見。另外那個洗澡的噴頭除了不往人身上噴，到處亂噴，沒法控制方向，這些已經不在可以包容的範圍內了。雖然知道酒店目前不太賺錢，但是做到這步還是有點起石頭砸自己的腳了
